The National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi was agog today with the visit of the Executive Chairman of Esan North East Local Government, Dr. Kelly Inedegbor. In his submission, the Executive Chairman, appreciated the Management of the Institution and noted the giant strides taken
by the Polytechnic within a short period of time.
